By checking this box, I consent to receive transactional messages related to my account, appointments, or services I have requested from Imperial Nails and Spa Northfield. These messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, service updates, and account notifications, among others. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out anytime. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. (optional)

I'd also like to receive marketing, special offers, discounts & promotions about the services from Imperial Nails and Spa Northfield. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out anytime. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. (optional)

Neither box is pre-ticked and neither is required — a customer completes their booking with both left unchecked, and the salon confirms by phone instead. The two consents are recorded separately. Agreeing to Imperial Nails and Spa Northfield's Terms of Service is a separate required tick on the final booking screen, which collects no phone number and no message consent.

The phone number field is required only so the salon can reach the customer about the appointment. A customer who checks no box completes their booking and receives no confirmation, reminder or promotional text.
