Communications: Text messages, AI receptionist call and chat conversations, notes you add to a booking (which may include preferences such as allergies), and delivery records of the confirmations, reminders and marketing messages sent to you. Used for: booking and managing appointments; customer support; quality of the ai receptionist.

Audio: Recordings of calls with the salon’s AI receptionist, where enabled. Used for: quality review and dispute resolution.

Health information: Allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or recent procedures a customer discloses for service safety — today only ever inside free-text notes and AI conversation transcripts; a structured allergies field exists but is not yet collected.
